Wireless Industrial DeadMan Series Trigger Switch is developed specifically for wireless industrial application that requires positive operator-to-machine contact. These wireless trigger switch industrial radio remote control systems are used to send RF command signals to the pump. The operator of the system is generally unencumbered by cables and wires. They are normally used ‘deadman’ fuelling operations. The industrial radio remote control switching control system is also equipped with a secure frequency hopping, spread spectrum technology that enables the system to prevent any other electrical or RF interference. During any of the loss of any signal from the transmitter, the operator shutdowns the whole system.
The transmitter of these unique industrial radio remote control Trigger Switches are powerful enough to catch the tiniest of signals. The rechargeable transmitter can deliver 30hrs of continuous use between charges. Generally 12/24VDC charger is supplied with each of the products by the manufacturers. ‘Safety Timer’ software is available in these wireless industrial switches in order to limit switch closure duration prior to automatic shut-off. The operator has to maintain periodic trigger pulses in order to maintain the receiver ‘on’ condition. These devices are available for up to eleven other command functions. The modular quick-connect components allow for easy installation and field service. One can also get pre-wired solenoids that are freely available for pneumatics, hydraulics, as well as hose reel control interface.
The frequency of the transmitter is generally 902-928 MHz FHSS and 433.92 MHz; 869.7 MHz and 2.4GHz radios are also available.
The transmitter has a normal power of 100MW. The transmitter can work with 56 bit DES encryption key. An internal on card PCB mounted antenna is available with these wireless industrial trigger switches. The normal range of the antenna is up to 500 feet and high power is also available. The transmitter is constructed with rugged weatherproof polymer enclosure. The transmitter can work in a temperature specification of minus 20 F to 185 F. The transmitter battery has 30hrs of continuous use. Audible low battery warning and flashing LED indicator is also available. Normally rechargeable lithium ion battery is used to control the system. 12/24VDC charger is supplied by the manufacturers.

Hose Reel option of these systems allows the remote unwind or rewind control and it greatly reduces the effort required to pull the hose off the reel. By using these switching controls one can reduce potential injury and the productivity is also increased a lot through easier hose handling. They are easy to install.
PTO or Pump option extends pump life and as a result increases the safety by allowing the operator to engage and disengage the PTO and Pump from hose end at customer’s storage tank. To turn on the Truck PTO shaft and to charge the hose unless they are connected to the customer’s tank. The PTO connection can be electric, pneumatic, hot shift or clutch shift.
The enable option of the system can be specified to create a ‘two-step’ process in order to activate certain buttons to further prevent unintended button operation.
Emergency Stop feature closes all tank valves, and kills the truck engine and pump. One can send the shut down signal by pressing the E-Stop button repeatedly.
